At Barefoot Junkie, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If your new footwear isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery provided they are in original, unworn condition.
Initiate Your Return
Log into our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Place the unworn shoes in their original packaging and ensure the box is securely sealed to prevent damage during transit.
Affix Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and attach it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Take your package to the nearest authorized drop-off point and keep your tracking receipt until your refund or exchange is processed.
